How is a multi-day event quoted?
As one job, not a day rate off a website. Send the dates, the place and the run of the event and Kris comes back with one number, usually within a day.
Is it the same photographer for every day?
Yes. Kris covers the whole run himself, so the look of the last day matches the first and nobody has to brief a second shooter halfway through. At Bluesfest in 2022 that meant three days straight.
Does Kris travel interstate for a multi-day event?
Yes. Recent work includes Fashique Runway in Brisbane and the Guyamgan Bahna Fashion Show on the Gold Coast, and he has photographed events across the country since 2018. Send the dates and the place and the quote covers getting there.
How fast do the photos come back?
An edited gallery within 5 to 10 days of the last day, at web and print resolution, cleared for promo use.
Can drone be part of a multi-day shoot?
Yes. Drone stills and 4K video can be added to any event and go into the same quote. Mention it when you send the dates.
